Enrique is an attorney, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) with extensive experience in corporate finance, business valuation, taxation, investment analysis, and strategic advisory.
He has more than 10 years of experience managing and overseeing real estate investment funds and private investment structures, with particular expertise in financial analysis, asset evaluation, investment strategy, transaction structuring, and risk management.
His professional background spans real estate, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and other industries, providing him with a multidisciplinary perspective that combines legal, financial, tax, and business considerations. He has also served as a prosecutor with the Puerto Rico Department of Justice, a Lead Attorney with the U.S. Small Business Administration, and a partner in a CPA firm.

Manfred Markoff is a civil engineer and construction executive with more than two decades of experience in development, construction management and infrastructure projects across Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
His experience spans large-scale construction, managing projects from early development and procurement through construction and final delivery.
Throughout his career, Manfred has managed multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, material procurement, logistics, budgets, permitting and project execution, developing a practical understanding of how sourcing decisions directly impact cost, schedule and construction performance.
At Source Bridge Pacific, he brings that field-driven experience to global procurement — connecting developers and contractors with qualified manufacturers and coordinating material sourcing from factory to project site.
